What you need
- Your Confluence site URL (for example https://acme.atlassian.net)
- The account email the API token belongs to
- An Atlassian API token for that account
- Optionally, a space key to narrow searches to one space — leave it blank to search the whole wiki
Read-only, always
This connector searches for pages related to the ticket — the "is there a runbook for this?" half of context gathering — and nothing else. There is no code path that files, edits, or comments on anything in Confluence.
Set it up
- Connectors → Add connector → Confluence
- Enter the site URL and account email, optionally a space key, and paste the API token
- Click Test connection
